While on vacation, I often think- deeply. It might be the ocean tides, and/or the moon’s phases, that cause me to focus on deep matter.

Whatever it is about the beach, and the water, it has lulled me to write a historical fiction novella, set in 19th century Victorian Cape May New Jersey. A present day story line runs parallel to the historic one, also set in the Oldest Seaside Resort in America.

Pen and ink illustrations will accompany almost every chapter in the book.
